What is SEA MOSS?
Sea Moss is an edible sea vegetable. Much like other seaweeds, algae, and nutrient-rich sea vegetables such as kelp or dulse, Sea Moss is grown and harvested from the Ocean.
Sea Moss is an excellent source of Calcium, Carotene, Choline, Chromium, Copper, Fluoride, Folate (B9), Iodine, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Niacin (B3), Omega (3,6,9), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Phosphorus, Potassium, Protein, Riboflavin (B2), Selenium, Sulfur, Thiamin, Vitamin's A, B-6, C, D, E, K, and Zinc.
Consumption
Sea Moss can be consumed raw, used as a vegan thickening agent, and incorporated into Coffees, Dressings, Juices, Puddings, Pancake Batter, Sauces, Smoothies, Soups, Stews, Teas, and even Face or Hair Mask.Â
